ISI offers two basic levels of Trademark and Intellectual Property Infringement Investigations. The Preliminary Initial Investigation provides a basic report of the subject operation, giving you and your legal team documentation to determine if indeed any infringement has occurred.

The In-Depth Investigation is usually performed after possible infringement has been identified, to provide additional documentation for Court Proceedings or study by counsel.

Initial Trademark Infringement Investigations

In-depth Trademark Infringement Investigations
During the conduct of an In-depth Trademark Infringement Investigation, services performed may include any of the following:
